Beqa City is a conceptual exploration of how architecture, infrastructure, landscape and engineering could be planned together from the start rather than treated as separate systems.
The proposal considers compact urban form, integrated mobility, green infrastructure, renewable energy and a stronger relationship between neighbourhoods and public space.
It is intended as a testing ground for ideas about how future cities can become more efficient, resilient and liveable.
