A former pharmacy that had not been renovated for decades was transformed into a modern nail and beauty salon within a five-week programme.
The work involved demolition, waste removal, treatment of damp and deterioration, refurbishment design, plasterboarding, full MEP installation and bespoke furniture fabrication.
The project demonstrates how disciplined coordination and practical construction knowledge can turn a difficult existing unit into a clean, operational commercial space on a tight programme.
