Originally a small guitar shop, the unit presented major constraints in terms of space, services and workflow. Every part of the layout had to earn its place.
The project covered gas, water and electrical installations, bespoke stainless-steel finishes, alarms, ventilation, interior design and complete fit-out.
The final result shows what careful planning can achieve in a restricted footprint: a high-performance commercial kitchen and customer space designed around efficient operation.
