Our proposal reimagines the historic Royal Baths Hotel as a forward-looking student accommodation complex where architectural form and green infrastructure work together to support sustainable urban living.
The concept combines shared community areas, modular residential accommodation, natural light, green terraces and biophilic design principles. Green walls, rooftop planting and rainwater management are integrated into the architecture rather than added as afterthoughts.
The project explores how student housing can become more than accommodation: a connected environment that supports wellbeing, social interaction, energy efficiency and long-term urban resilience.
